overall not good experience.

Only location i liked also parking facility that confirmed by mail at the time of booking but refused when reached there view of bedrooms

Miscommitment confirmed by mail 1600 HRS check in time we reached timely but after too much fight given room at 1740 HRS confirmed in writing through email parking will provide you but after reaching refused to given staff behavior also not good , no manners and attitude to handle customer. washroom commode very dirty towels not sufficient provided

The wifi working in the reception area, Not working on the floor and in the room The room i booked for 5 bed , and i got 4 bed , As per the receptionist only 4 bed room is available Also the tea kettle not working, And hardly i found 1 switch behind the bed, but not working, after that i remove the refrigerator swith amd put the mobile charging.

I would like to say the stay is great just need cleanliness & to cooperate staff

Hram Rudah Rsool is very Within Walk Distance & food restaurants around the location, KFC, Etc, Hotel did not give us car parking, unfortunately, the street has free parking you have to park your car properly otherwise have a fine.

update location in the map I suffered to find the hotel pls make an update accurate adrees for more than hours just searching my location, then I find inside. Rooms are narrow A/C takes time to cool the room

Worst hotel I have stayed at in my entire life!

The location of this hotel was the ONLY good thing!

Where do I start? Firstly I had to wait 10 minutes to even check in as their was nobody at reception! Secondly the wi-fi was VERY poor and was only available in the lobby. The bath tub was so dirty, stained and disgusting that I didn't even use it. The bedsheets were stained and their was hair in the sink! Definitely NOT worth what I paid. Horrible hotel.

It's location.

It's location. It is pretty close to gate number 6. Staff at reception and security is good and co-operative.

Except location, nothing is good. They hav3 poor cleaning service. Room was cleaned only once during my stay of 10 days. Bengali staff is usually rude with the guests. The guy named Jeelani was often found misbehaving with the guests

Location is very close to Madina Masjid Al Nabiwi.

No Cleanliness, No Bathroom kits, Worst Staff response, No WIFI, No TV Network, Unclean Bath room, and dusty furniture’s!!! There standard & Quality are very worst status! I recommend booking.com not to associate with such property!

It was not good experinece for me as the room was dirty and unhygienic.

The staff was very cooperative and good.

There were two beds in the room and bed size is very small in its width and even with its length. the room has no proper direction of (Qibla). There is no proper space to perform prayer in the room. The room carpet was dirty and whole room atmosphere was unhygienic. The room phone was not working.

Worst ever experience in my travelling history, haven’t seen a hotel in the world who accepts that you are having booking here but refuses to give room because of unavailability, and then sends you here and there for another branch they also refuse to give you room then after two hours bothersome traveling here and there they ask you to come in evening, then when you get another hotel in cash nearby then after 5 hours they send you the email that we have arranged your room in our patner hotel ! Worst experience

this is probably the most disgusting place we have stayed in. From check in time to staying hours were a painful experience. The money is not worth what you are getting. Even if you have to pay extra , stay elsewhere. We requested to hotel when booked it, early check in. That we did not get and we got our room 1.5 hours after actual check in time without any apology. Room and washroom were disgusting. Room is ideal for one to two people and they placed 4 single beds there. Staff were just another story. Only positive about this place was the location, 5 minutes walk to Masjid al Nawabi.

Nothing to be liked about this hotel except its location...

Nothing to be liked about this hotel except its location which is at a few minutes walk from gate # 6.

We have to wait long at thr front desk because there was not a single person to talk in English. Room condition was very very poor. As soon as i have opened the refrigerator it was so stinky that whole room was filled with dead meat stinky smell. Washroom was very poor. Beds were very uncomfortable and shorter mattresses are used and my feet were hanging off the mattrrss. WIFI works only in lobby ( not in rooms) and that too was so slow that you cannot open your mail. There is a long list of negative aspects.
